Chafes Hague Lambert has appointed Awais Alam as a solicitor within its Commercial Property team. The Legal 500 listed team now consists of 7 dedicated commercial property solicitors with five based at the firm’s Wilmslow office, the sixth, partner Andrew Pettitt, based at the firm’s Knutsford office and the seventh, consultant Mike Travis, based at the firm’s New Mills office.


Awais joins Chafes Hague Lambert with 3 years post qualification experience gained with national and international firms such as Hill Dickinson, Squire Patton Boggs and DWF.


Awais describes himself as a general commercial property solicitor. Awais has experience in the sale and purchase of commercial property and in all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters.
